What is the purpose of a mobile phone? Empty What is the purpose of a mobile phone?

My phone stopped working while I was out and about last summer. I phoned for support and was told it got "stuck on a tower". Problem fixed, but I was told that I shouldn't leave it on so long and drive around so much or it would continue to happen.

wtf?
