I asked to get a zero dollar BB and was told I could but plan has to meet 70.00 $ min plus tax who set this up the providers or CTRC thanks and if I get a normal cell phone do I need to keep at a min of 70.00$ ? hope not I am getting a 2 yr contract cell phone in Nov 2013 prob Nokia 620 or GAL rugby or HTC one or Iphone 5 or nexus 4 Rolling Eyes
