Incorrect Billing Empty Incorrect Billing

Our business signed up with Telus on a 3 year contract with a number of phones (Blackberry). From day 1 the billing has been wrong to the tune of 3 and 4 times the amount it should be.

Having zero success with customer service, we tried the Telus store that we set up the account with, and they had gone out of business.

To make a long story short, bills of over $1000 monthly that should have been in the $250 to $300 range, contracts for services that get modified after the fact and zero customer service, ultimately led us to cancel the entire contract after 2.5 rediculous years of "Service".

We have since gone with the lesser of the evils (Bell Mobility).

It's likely a good thing these crooks/morons hide out in unknown call centers as they would likely be the target of some serious "customer complaints" otherwise.

Criminal, unaccountable and infuriating.
