Hi all,
My company switched over to Telus in October. We moved 15 phones over. We all hate the network and the customer service. Is there anyone out there with experiance avoiding cancellation fees? I feel that they have grossly misrepresented their ability to service our company and should not receive any cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is currently at $600 per phone.
